Lineart commissions are generally paid in full, up front. For commissions quoted over 150 USD, a payment plan can be arranged. A deposit of at least 100 USD must be paid on the invoice before I will begin work, and the final artwork will not be delivered until the invoice, including any additional fees which may have arisen, is paid in full.You may take as much time as you need to pay the invoice, within reason. I only ask you be communicative with me. If something should come up, and you are no longer able to complete payment, please tell me.After the invoice is paid, either fully or with an agreed upon deposit, I'll provide you with a sketched thumbnail. I may provide multiple thumbnails for you to choose from. All major revisions should be requested here.In the case of revisions, I will send along another thumbnail.Once you approve the thumbnail, I will work toward the final artwork. The final artwork will not be delivered until the commission invoice, including any additional fees which may have arisen, is paid in full. Two rounds of small revisions are accounted for in the original invoice here. Significant revision past this point will require an additional fee.The finished commission will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file via the provided email, or method otherwise requested.✷ I post updates that affect all commissions to my Commission Queue that may delay, but not prevent, commissions. Paintings begin at 500 USD and are priced individually based upon complexity, scale, and detail.Because of the significant time requirement, the process of paintings will entail more phases than lineart/sketch commissions.

PROCESS

Please contact me with the below form filled out.I will discuss your commission with you, ask any pertinent questions or request any necessary references and information before quoting you a price.
If the quote is agreed upon, I will send you an invoice via Paypal. Painting and Illustration work requires a deposit of at least 100 USD before I will begin work, and the final artwork will not be delivered until the invoice, including any additional fees which may have arisen, is paid in full.You may take as much time as you need to pay the invoice, within reason. I only ask you be communicative with me. If something should come up, and you are no longer able to complete payment, please tell me.I'll provide you with an uncolored, sketched thumbnail. I may provide multiple thumbnails for you to choose from.Once you approve the thumbnail, I will move forward with a rough, colored sketch to ensure tones and values are moving in a good direction. Major revisions to light, pose, etc should be requested here.After approval at this step, I'll create a more refined sketch to begin pulling in detail and polish.
Major revisions at this point may require an additional fee.Upon approval of the refined sketch, I will work toward the final artwork. Images can just be loose in a folder, dropped together in a word doc, organized into a collage on canva, or put together in a board on an app like PureRef or VizRef.

You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me. By contacting me with a commission inquiry, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or older.Payment must be made upfront and made via a Paypal invoice in USD, matching the quoted number. Payment is final and non-refundable.Payment plans can be arranged for commissions upwards of $150 USD. Payment installments are final and non-refundable.Clients who cancel their commission before its final delivery are not entitled to the artwork, regardless of its stage of completion, and will not receive a refund.Rush orders are defined as any commission requiring delivery within 10 business days (Mon-Fri EST) of initial invoicing. Rush orders begin at an additional rate of 50% of the initial pricing, and are subject to increase based upon deadline and commission complexity.These prices are set for personal, private use. Commercial rates must be negotiated.Commissions which cannot be posted to the artist's social media or portfolio by client request are subject to a privacy fee.All rights to the image remain with Swan Born By Leda, the artist, including its distribution and use. Swan Born By Leda retains the right to post the images publicly on any platform they see fit, including but not limited to, their social media accounts and portfolio.There will be a signature present on the artwork so Swan Born By Leda can be identified as the creator of the piece.The final piece will be a digital product in PNG format. Should a specific sizing or format be required, this must be communicated before work begins.PSD files are available by request.Commissioned work may not, under any circumstance, be used in the promotion, minting, or creation and trading of NFTs, FTs, or crypto-currencies of any form.Commissioned work may not, under any circumstance, be uploaded, inserted, and/or willfully and consciously given to the training of AI data sets or AI art engines, including but not limited to applications such as Lensa, Art Breeder, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Dall-E, and more.
